Takahiro has over 20 years of experience in strategy, system consulting, accounting audits for public listings, IPO support, system and internal control consulting, legal and labor affairs, and international tax advice. Of those 20 years, he has been providing professional services for cross-border investment into China and Hong Kong for more than 15 years.

He has worked at Deloitte Touche Financial Advisory Services Shanghai since 2010 where he has been active in not just M&A strategy for Japanese companies operating in all of mainland China and Hong Kong, but also in market research consulting, business planning support, new business entry, consolidation, restructuring, withdrawal, fraud investigation, financial modeling, valuation, and more.
