Satoshi Yoshida advises clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, corporate reorganization, contracts, antitrust issues, and other corporate matters. Throughout his career in one of the Japanese multinational electronics conglomerates and the Japan Fair Trade Commission, he has also worked on various projects, including export control compliance management in a US subsidiary, audit and advice on factories’ compliance with manufacturing administrative laws and regulations, legal training for employees, market studies on digital industry.
