Leading Women on Boards lead

Liesbeth Mol

Liesbeth is Chair of the Deloitte North & South Europe (NSE) Board and a member of the Deloitte Global Board of Directors. Liesbeth chairs the Purpose, Culture and Sustainability Committee of the Global Board. She is also a member of the Nautilus Board and an adviser to the Deloitte Central Europe (DCE) Board. Prior to her election as Chair, Liesbeth was a member of the Executive Board in the Netherlands. She is passionate about developing our purpose agenda, and has a leading role in developing diversity. Liesbeth is lead for the LWOB Program.

Frédérique Demenint

Frédérique is a Partner and Leadership team member at Deloitte Risk Advisory and is responsible for the Resilience, Crisis and Reputation capability at the firm. She has over 25 years of experience in strategic corporate communications, stakeholder engagement programs and crisis communications. In addition, Frédérique is lead for the LWOB Program, is part of the expert facilitator team and has participated in the Women on Boards program herself as well.

Rozemarijn Bloemendal

Rozemarijn is a Partner at Deloitte Legal leading the Corporate Law team. She is also the founder and leader of the Deloitte Legal Sustainability Team. Prior to her roles, she was Head of Legal at KLM. She is a seasoned and trusted corporate legal advisor. She is experienced in ESG / sustainability and in the broad field of corporate law and in corporate governance. Rozemarijn is lead for the LWOB Program and part of the expert facilitator team.

Ina Gantcheva

Ina is a Partner at the Human Capital practice of Deloitte and leads the Workforce Transformation capability area. She guides business and HR leaders how to create a future-ready workforce strategy, access diverse talent pools, build new capabilities, enable continuous upskilling, engagement, and growth, and organize work, teams and functions for optimal results. Ina is lead for the Women on Boards English Academy.

Women on Boards Program Manager

Maartje Laterveer

Maartje is a journalist for Dutch newspapers NRC and de Volkskrant, specialized in the topics of gender diversity and leadership. She has written books on gender and identity and has contributed to the scientific volume ‘Diversiteit, een multidisciplinaire terreinverkenning’. She is a certified Brain Based Coach, trained at the Neuroleadership Institute. Maartje is also a certified Fearless Organization Practitioner, helping teams fostering psychological safety. Maartje is Program Manager for WOB.

Josephine Bernelot-Moens

Josephine is Program Manager of the Leading Women on Boards program. "We advice and support the internal stakeholders to strengthen and build relationships with the c-suite of our strategic clients". She has experience as digital marketeer, in communications and business development in various industries.

Bianca Hofstede

Bianca is Alumnae Manager of the Women on Boards program. Her goal is to connect the alumnae of the Women on Boards program and build a community for authentic and female leadership.

Pieternel Roos

Pieternel is Event Coordinator for the Women on Boards program. Her mission is to create an impact with her creative mind and enthusiasm. She believes it is important to be the true you and to inspire the people you are working with.
