Diversity and inclusion trends globally and in Ukraine

The joint event held by Deloitte Ukraine and EBRD

On 27 May, we held the online discussion dedicated to diversity and inclusion trends globally and in Ukraine. The event was organized by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and Deloitte Ukraine. The experts discussed the approaches to promoting diversity and inclusion that are currently trending in the world, how a diversity and inclusion culture is being implemented in our country and business environment, and presented own practical cases.

02:20 – Opening remarks from Lesya Kuzmenko, Associate Director, Deputy Head of Ukraine, Industry, Commerce and Agribusiness, EBRD. To date, EBRD has implemented around 18 investment projects in Ukraine, which included the gender and economic inclusion component.
