Kevin’s unique role involves providing advanced analytic solutions across multiple industries. He has helped organizations analyze their current state analytics skills and capabilities, leading to the development of a future state analytics strategy.

Wendy is a Federal Human Capital director and has more than 20 years of experience leading and advising large-scale transformation efforts, in the US and abroad, to design and operationalize high-performing organizations and programs using human capital, change management, and strategic communications principles.
Managing Director | Corporate & Business Unit Strategy
Bruce is a managing director with Deloitte Consulting LLP in the US Strategy service line Monitor Deloitte. For more than 20 years, his work has focused on strategy development and implementation and the building of organizational capabilities. Bruce has worked with the Federal Government, universities, and companies across a broad range of industries. Bruce holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a PhD from Harvard University after graduating from the University of Michigan.
Terri Cooper, Ph.D.
Federal Health Leader
Dr. Cooper is a Deloitte Consulting LLP principal and the Federal Health Sector leader. Previously, Terri served as lead client service partner for the NIH, the National Life Sciences R&D practice leader, and the National Inclusion leader for Consulting.
She has more than two decades of experience in the LS industry and has provided a broad range of strategic advisory services. She holds a Joint Honors BS Degree in Chemistry/Pharmacology and a PhD in Pharmacology from the University of London.
Center for Government Insights Executive Director
Bill is the executive director of Deloitte’s Center for Government Insights where he is responsible for the firm’s public sector thought leadership. His new book is Delivering on Digital: The Innovators and Technologies that are Transforming Government (Deloitte Insights, 2016).
His eight other books include The Solution Revolution: How Government, Business, and Social Enterprises are Teaming up to Solve Society’s Biggest Problems (Harvard Business Review Press 2013). The book, which The Wall Street Journal calls “pulsating with new ideas about civic and business and philanthropic engagement,” was named to ten best books of the year lists.
His other books include The Washington Post best seller If We Can Put a Man on the Moon: Getting Big Things Done in Government (Harvard Business Press, 2009), Governing by Network (Brookings, 2004), and The Public Innovator’s Playbook (Deloitte Research 2009). He coined the term Government 2.0 in a book by the same name. His commentary has appeared in dozens of major media outlets including the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and the Chicago Tribune.
Federal Government Services Leader
Dan is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP and leads the Federal Government Services practice. In addition, he serves as the Federal Consulting National Managing Director. Dan was most recently the leader of Deloitte’s Federal Civilian sector, where he was responsible for managing a large and diverse portfolio of federal clients both in the US and globally. He is a leader in the federal space and writes and speaks regularly on topics of government innovation, customer experience in government, and the future of the government workforce.

Alan has more than a decade of experience working at the intersection of strategy and innovation. He is currently a manager in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Federal practice, where his work focuses on helping public sector organizations envision how emerging technologies and business models can be used to transform their operations. An experienced facilitator, public speaker, and entrepreneur, Holden holds a Master of Business Administration in innovation management from the Wharton School, as well as a master’s in public policy from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University.
Government Performance Leader
Jitinder is a managing director in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Public Sector practice, where he leads work on government performance and innovation. A leading authority on government regulatory reform, Jitinder served as the United Kingdom’s chief executive of the Better Regulation Executive between 2005 and 2009, where he led the British government’s highly successful approach to reducing regulatory burdens. Prior to joining Deloitte in 2012, he led the ‘Doing What Works’ project at the Center for American Progress. He brings 13 years of experience as a senior official in the British government.

Sean has been a strategic advisor to top government executives for nearly 20 years. He currently leads the Federal Human Capital practice at Deloitte Consulting LLP. Sean has a track record of helping clients conceptualize, design, develop, and implement business solutions through the utilization of enhanced technology and innovative strategies. He also serves as the global solution lead for Immigration and Border Management to help solve issues affecting immigration-related processes.

Peter is a strategic analysis manager and data scientist with the Deloitte Center for Government Insights, where he focuses on developing innovative public sector research using geospatial and natural language processing techniques.
