China Widener

China is a principal at Deloitte Consulting LLP and currently serves as the Technology Industry leader focused on leading the next gen evolution - virtual economy and industry convergence. She brings more than 15 years of Consulting experience spanning industries, sectors, and capabilities including business transformations, driving the adoption of intelligent automation in operations, account leadership and executive coaching. In addition, she advocates for DEI through Deloitte’s Global Diversity and Inclusion Council as well the Black Action Council. To champion diversity at Deloitte, China has led the development of inaugural programming designed to acquire, grow and retain women and diverse practitioners.

In prior roles she advised technology and government clients on business and operating transformation and outcome-based performance program design. She has co-authored published articles on use of technology frameworks for business, delivery model analysis and closing talent gaps. Formerly, China spent 15 years in industry holding various C-suite roles including COO, Chief Inspector and served as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney and in-house Counsel.
