Elizabeth is the Talent managing director for the GPS practice. She is a member of the GPS Core and the Talent Operations Leaderships Teams. She provides leadership and oversight for all Talent functions and the delivery of all Talent processes within the practice. Elizabeth brings more than 30 years of Talent experience across four industries (Banking, Pharma, Retail & Professional Services). She serves as a strategic thought collaborator and trusted advisor to senior leaders within the GPS practice on a wide range of Talent initiatives, programs and processes that enable business strategy and growth.
