Karthik Krishnamoorthy

Karthik Krishnamoorthy is a Principal at Deloitte Consulting and a member of the Mergers, Acquisitions, and Restructuring leadership team. Karthik leads Deloitte's North American Healthcare Performance Improvement and Restructuring practice and brings deep buy-side M&A transaction and strategic cost optimization experience across Health Plans, Pharmacy, PBMs, Hospital Systems, and Healthcare delivery (including primary and urgent care). Over the past two decades, Karthik has evaluated and executed 50+ large-cap transactions valued at more than $195 Billion (US/deal value), created upwards of $8B in deal synergies, and driven over $10 Billion (US) in cost optimization. His expertise includes architecting vertical mergers, enabling growth strategies, product portfolio optimization, and delivering operational performance improvements resulting in EBITDA favorability.

Karthik was awarded the "Emerging Leader in M&A, Financing, and Turnaround" award by the M&A Advisor and included in the M&A 40-under-40 (2017).
