Deloitte China assists secondary listing of CK Infrastructure on London Stock Exchange

We are delighted to share that Deloitte China assisted the secondary listing of CK Infrastructure Holdings Limited (CKI; stock code: 01038.HK; ticker symbol: CKI) on the London Stock Exchange on 19 August 2024. This is a secondary listing by a global infrastructure company.

Upon completing this secondary listing, CKI will continue its listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. This will enable CKI to geographically diversify its shareholder base, build its profile and provide a larger market for trading in the shares.

As of 12 August 2024, CKI’s market capitalisation was HKD139.7 billion.

It aims to make the world a better place through a variety of infrastructure investments and developments in different parts of the world. Since 17 July 1996, the company has been listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
