What graduate positions are available this year? 

Deloitte China is looking to recruit 2023/2024 graduates with the potential to join our diverse services including Audit & Assurance, Consulting, Financial Advisory, Risk Advisory, Tax and Business Advisory, and our Global Delivery Center. Commencement date will be confirmed upon our later notice in the second half of 2024.

I am a recent graduate, can I apply for this year's graduate recruitment?

We welcome all 2023 and 2024 graduates who have the right of abode in the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong or Macau. If you are a local or overseas graduates holding a Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral qualification, you are welcome to apply our 2024 openings, please click here to access your opportunities.

Do you have any preference on degree majors?

As a professional services firm with a multidisciplinary approach to serving our clients, we welcome graduates from all majors. We look for multiple areas of competency and potential. Deloitte, the world's largest professional services firm, recorded aggregate revenue of USD64.9 billion in the 2023 financial year. We also offer the most comprehensive range of services. We do not just look for graduates in business related majors. As our digital business and services transform, we also welcome graduates in mathematics, science, engineering, and technology. We also welcome Japanese and Korean speaking graduates to join our diverse workforce.

I have applied for an intern position before, can I apply for graduate recruitment this year?

Yes, you are welcome to apply for our graduate positions. Please use the same registered account to apply for your graduate position.

Can I apply for multiple graduate positions at once?

You can only apply for one position at Deloitte China. Please consider your preference carefully before submitting your application. Once you have submitted your application, you cannot update your resume. If your first preference is not available, we will consider your second choice position and office location.

I have previously applied for your internship program or Deloitte Club. Are there any exemptions this year for assessment, for example from online testing or interview?

All candidates have to go through our screening process. If you have previously joined our internship program or are a member of Deloitte Club, and outperformed during your internship, you could be exempt from online testing or group exercises, or offered an interview with a partner based on your previous completion of an online test and group assessment.

Does the interview have to be conducted in person? Is it possible to arrange a phone or video interview?

In general, we would prefer to have a face-to-face interview if your schedule permits. Depending on the progress of recruitment, we will try to coordinate a schedule that works best for you. If you are unable to attend an interview during our recruitment period, please reach out to our campus recruitment team via one of the methods below to make alternative arrangements:

I'm still an undergraduate. How do I participate in Deloitte's recruitment program?

All undergraduates are welcome to pursue a career at Deloitte. For non-final year students, we have winter or summer internships, Deloitte Club, and a year round Project Intern Program. You can also participate in our different campus-related competitions, e.g. Deloitte Digital Camp and the Deloitte Tax Championship. The latest campus information and timeline are available through our official website or WeChat account.
