Deloitte hosts first ever CFO Vision Conference in China

Nearly 100 business leaders participated in the first ever Deloitte CFO Vision Conference in Hong Kong today, which was themed "The future of finance in a digital world".
The conference focused on the impact and implications that digital technology will bring to the role of CFO and to the finance operations of their organizations. At the conference, CFOs and executives the likes of Charles Holley, retired group CFO of Walmart, Azran Osman Rani, CEO and Co-founder of Naluri, Founding CEO of AirAsia X, and Manu Bhaskaran, Founding Director and CEO of Centennial Asia Advisors, shared their experience and insights into a wide range of topics, such as the importance of talent to finance transformation, alignment of strategy with operational upgrade, the future prospects of the CFO role etc. Attendees were provided with numerous views on how they can shape their company's digital transformation journey.
The CFO Vision Conference is a premier initiative of Deloitte CFO Program, which has a presence in 29 member firms around the world, including China. Sandy Cockrell, Global Leader of Deloitte CFO Program, expressed his delight in China Firm's hosting of its first ever CFO Vision Conference, while Vivian Jiang, Deputy CEO and Markets and Global Network National Leader, Deloitte China, emphasized the need for CFOs to keep abreast of the role that innovation will play in their organizations' future. David Wu, National Leader of Finance Transformation, Deloitte China, stated that now is the era for CFOs to become an influencer and a catalyst around the broader digital transformation agenda.
