Experience
Tony started his career with community projects like local public toilets, parks, sport fields, institutional works and etc. After acquiring the professional qualification of registered Architect, he has worked on a number of large scale residential projects in Hong Kong during the times in WCWP and a major Developer Company. Each of the projects ranged from 800 to 1,000 residential units and are associated with carparks, clubhouse and shopping malls. As he involved in these projects at different capacities and covering all stages, he understands complex projects thoroughly. In addition, during his years in developer, he was also involved in land acquisitions and focused on exploring development potential of different lands in Hong Kong. As such, he is well versed with land leases in Hong Kong.
