10th Annual Global Human Capital Trends
The 2020 Global Human Capital Survey
Leading the social enterprise has risen to the top of the agenda for many CEOs and business leaders, as the societal, organizational, technological landscapes evolve. With the speed at which the world is changing, organizations no longer have the luxury of planning their moves from one steady state to the next. Understanding this evolution and positioning your organization to pivot accordingly will be necessary to be able to survive sweeping and constant change. How are you staying ahead?
The 2020 Deloitte Global Human Capital Trends survey asks about emerging Human Capital trends for 2020 and beyond and your organization’s readiness to respond. As we prepare for our 10th annual Global Human Capital Trends report, we will also use this year’s survey to gather insights looking back over the past 10 years of trends and forward to the year 2030 and the megatrends shaping the future.
We invite C-suite executives, business leaders, and human resources professionals around the world to participate in our 10th year researching global human capital trends. As is our stated policy, your responses will remain completely confidential and will not be directly associated with you or your company in any way. This survey should take approximately 20 minutes to complete.
