Summary of Tax Measures
Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Mr. Paul Chan Mo-po, delivered the 2023/24 budget speech on 22 February 2023. A deficit of HK$139.8 billion for 2022/23 is expected and fiscal reserves to reach HK$817.3 billion by 31 March 2023.
