Mark Lian

Mark is a partner in Deloitte Shenzhen office with more than 24 years of professional service experience focusing on clients in TMT industries.

He specializes in US GAAP/IFRS reporting, IPOs, and the related SEC filings. He has extensive knowledge in the US capital markets and associated accounting rules, and had helped a number of Chinese foreign private issuers listed in the US capital market.

Mark was transferred from Deloitte’s Capital Markets practice in the US, where he had served several major clients in various audit support and advisory projects, including implementation of US GAAP/IFRS accounting literatures, Sarbanes Oxley readiness assessment, decomposition and valuation of structured transactions and assessment of risk controls.
