Professional background
Mr. Wang is the National Deputy Leader of Deloitte Financial Advisory's M&A practice across the country, and he also acts as the Managing Partner of Deloitte Jiangsu & Anhui province as well as Deloitte East Region Management Committee member.
Mr. Wang joined Deloitte in 2000, and his working experience is to provide End-to-End M&A services (including financial due diligence, corporate financial advisor, valuation support, post-deal integration, and restructuring exercises) for state-owned enterprises, MNCs, state-owned investment funds, private equity, listed companies and private enterprises covering Automotive, Consumer Business, TMT, Logistics, Smart manufacturing, LSHC, Real Estate sectors etc.
