Jonathan Goodman

Jonathan is the Global Chair of Monitor Deloitte, Chair of Deloitte's Global CEO Program, and Vice Chair and member of the Board of Deloitte Canada.

For close to three decades, Jonathan has worked closely with the CEOs, boards and executive management of a variety of global corporations on issues of strategy, growth, M&A, organization, transformation, and transition. In Canada he is responsible for the firm's CEO and Boardroom programs and is co-chair of the Strategy, Ethics and Risk Committee of the Board.

Between 2016 and 2021, Jonathan was the Global Managing Partner for Monitor Deloitte, during which time he oversaw the growth and development of Deloitte's strategy capability in over 30 countries around the world.

He is a also a frequent speaker and author on topics related to strategy, uncertainty, governance, and CEO leadership.

Jonathan originally joined Monitor in 1986, and co-founded Monitor in Canada in 1987. In addition to client service, Jonathan held a number of executive roles at Monitor including long-time leader of Monitor Canada, head of the firm's global strategy practice, lead partner for North America, member of the firm's global executive team, and member of the Monitor board.
