Deloitte Hungarian Digital HR Survey 2022

The latest study by Deloitte's Hungarian HR Consulting Business examines the availability and possibilities of HR IT solutions. The study was prepared with the involvement of the most significant Hungarian HR software providers and its goal is to describe the technologies and solutions currently available in Hungary, as well as present their main strengths and distinguishing features.

The survey highlights that, for large enterprises, operational efficiency is considered the greatest advantage of using HR systems, followed by the increase of organizational transparency and the improvement of employee experience.
