Joined Deloitte Tohmatsu Limited in March 2007, specializing in various tasks such as IPO, M&A, fundraising support, and business planning. Since 2010, actively participated in the second founding of Deloitte Tohmatsu Venture Support, startup supporting and open innovation consulting arm of Deloitte, supporting over 200 companies in developing growth strategies and formulating capital policies, contributing to the realization of numerous IPOs. Launched the Innovation Consulting Business for large enterprises and currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer. Additionally, appointed as the representative of Deloitte Asia Pacific's Unicorn Support Sector (Deloitte Private Asia Pacific Emerging Growth Lead Partner) and holds the position of Japan Lead Partner at 27pilots, a leading "Venture Client" company maximizing profits from startup collaboration.
Based in Silicon Valley and Japan, dedicated to the mission of contributing to the creation of globally impactful businesses originating from Japan. Engaged in numerous speaking engagements at events such as Decarbonization Expo 2023, Automotive World 2019, Wearable Expo 2022, 2019-2017, and AI Conference 2017. An active member of D-Lab, disseminating information on Silicon Valley sponsored by the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry. Also, served as a special speaker at the NEDO and Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry-sponsored Nikkei SDGs Forum symposium titled "Towards a Carbon-Neutral Future with the Green Innovation Fund," demonstrating expertise in diverse fields, including Mobility and Climate Change.
