Deloitte Legal advised among others Erste Group Bank AG in connection with granting the financing in the amount of approximately EUR 17,500,000 to the companies being the owners of six City Market retail parks, located in five cities in Poland: Warsaw, Radom, Tarnów, Zamość and Zgorzelec.

Deloitte Legal was responsible for providing legal advice on all Polish aspects of the transaction, in particular, preparation of the finance documents and due diligence report on the properties. Cerha Hempel advised on the Austrian law aspects.
