Senior consultant in the Human Capital team. She has 8 years of experience working in global companies within HR, including SSC/GBS in Poland. In her career, she gained broad experience in HR process design, Knowledge Management, Change Adoption, Stakeholder management, and various HR IS systems management.

In global HR Transformation projects, she supported the implementation of HR solutions focused on digitalization, process migration to HRSSC, HR process streamlining, and hybrid working model implementation.
