Mariusz Każuch

Mariusz is a tax advisor. Prior to joining Deloitte in November 2017 he was a vice director of a department in the Ministry of Finance in charge of negotiating APA and MAP, as well as of transfer pricing policies and legislation. He was a Polish delegate to a number of EU and OECD tax working parties. While working in the Ministry of Finance, for ten years he was responsible for negotiating over 30 Double Taxation Agreements, supervised the implementation of FATCA and CRS in Poland and was also responsible for the implementation of GAAR.

He gained considerable hands-on experience working for several years as a tax inspector in the banking and insurance sectors.

In Deloitte he participated in a number of projects regarding APA and MAP, tax inspections carried out in international capital groups, among others operating in the energy, automotive, FMCG, banking and media sectors.
