Deloitte Consulting acquires Dextra Technologies | Deloitte US has been saved
Deloitte Consulting has acquired substantially all of the assets of Dextra Technologies, a leading product engineering services and embedded software firm. This acquisition of the Dextra Technologies business extends Deloitte Consulting’s offerings to accelerate the digital transformation from standalone products into smart connected platforms and greatly expands the organization’s product and software engineering capabilities. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Based in Mexico, Dextra Technologies designs, builds and tests embedded software solutions that enable companies worldwide to rapidly innovate and develop smart, connected products. More than 350 seasoned product and software engineers, who will now join Deloitte Consulting, drive competitive advantage for their clients with an agile approach to engineering the future of business.

Nishita currently serves as the Global chief commercial officer (CCO) for our Amazon relationship and is responsible for the global strategy, positioning and performance of the 360° alliance and account across the sell-with/build-with, sell-to, and buy-from dimensions of our relationship with all Amazon businesses. Prior to her current role, she served as the US Consulting chief innovation officer and New Business Innovation leader where she drove the innovation agenda, built, scaled, and operated new hybrid businesses. she also serves as our US National Women & Allies leader where she is focused on championing programs focused on recruiting, retaining, and advancing women across our industry. She has more than 20 years of experience in Technology and Strategy consulting and specializes in Digital and Customer Strategy, CIO Strategy, Technology Modernization, and Business Transformation. Her experience spans defense, intelligence, health care, transportation, technology, and manufacturing industries. She holds an MBA from Darden, University of Virginia, and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
