1.0 Overview CPE credit | Specialized Knowledge

As global supply chains recalibrate post-pandemic, most industrial manufacturing and construction companies are refocusing on margin maintenance and resilient, yet efficient, supply chains. But what does it mean to balance performance and cost effectively in today’s climate? We’ll discuss:

  • Strategies for restructuring supply chains to optimize logistics and delivery performance
  • How companies are turning to locations within the United States, with US free-trade partners and closer to end users
  • How the implementation of both traditional strategies and advanced technologies can ensure profitable growth and realize value in supply chains
