Meet the speakers
Robert Rosone
Bob is a managing director with Deloitte LLP focused on expanding Deloitte’s services to private companies through Deloitte Private. His responsibilities include operations, business development, marketing, public relations, advertising, and communications. Bob is a member of the Deloitte Private Leadership Committee and leads the Deloitte Private global brand and marketing organization, as well as the US Best Managed Companies program. Prior to his current roles, he served as chief of staff for Deloitte’s chairman of the board and has held numerous marketing and leadership positions since joining the firm in 1998. Bob received his MBA from Fordham University and BS in political science from the College of the Holy Cross. He is the chairman of the board of United Way of Monmouth and Ocean Counties and a board member of Pro-Mujer, a women's empowerment organization serving 250,000 women in Latin America.
Steve Lancaster
Steve is a managing director in Deloitte's Human Capital Consulting practice where he leads Deloitte’s Augmented Workforce Experience Market Offering in North America. Steve is part of the Unlimited Reality practice leadership, a practice which leverages spatial computing tools, including Augmented and Virtual Reality, to enhance workers' abilities to perform their jobs and develop new skills in immersive environments. Additionally, Steve is part of the leadership team focused on integrating GenAI into work processes, driving innovation in how Deloitte serves its clients and how these clients adapt to new working paradigms. With more than 30 years of combined industry and consulting experience, Steve specializes in business transformation, talent management, organizational design, and mergers & acquisitions across various sectors including oil & gas, chemicals, industrial products, hospitality, transportation, and high-tech industries. He holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and is a member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM). Steve is committed to helping clients navigate and adapt to changes in work, workforce, and workplace, designing and implementing transformative solutions for the Future of Work. His goal is to make work better for humans and humans better at work. He holds an MBA from the University of Texas and lives in San Antonio with his family.
