Deloitte and Snowflake Launch New AI Solution to Bolster Government Services

ARLINGTON, Va., Dec. 12, 2022 — Deloitte and Snowflake, the Data Cloud company, today unveiled a new artificial intelligence (AI) solution as part of Deloitte’s digital service delivery platform to help federal, state and local government clients seamlessly integrate and analyze data to bolster decision making and enhance citizen services through Snowflake’s single, integrated platform.

The new AI capability offers real-time data analysis, predictive modeling, intelligent automation and business intelligence — all in a single, intuitive platform. Available on three major public cloud services, the AI capability empowers government agencies with the ability to create, customize and manage their own unique AI solutions for any service delivery objective. Deloitte and Snowflake’s joint vision focuses on the deployment of common tools and accelerators to enhance the enterprise data sharing, analytics and the AI modernization experience for the public sector.

The AI capability can help government agencies:

• Provide a scalable and secure environment for data sharing and collaboration leveraging the Snowflake Data Cloud.
• Improve care coordination and caseworker decision-making with a 360-degree view of data.
• Enhance workload management and efficiency through automation and AI-based routing and monitoring.
