Deloitte Expands Its Digital Service Delivery Platform for Government

Comprehensive suite of solutions helps federal, state and local agencies modernize legacy systems and significantly improve the delivery of critical social services, health care and workforce programs

ARLINGTON, Va., Oct. 20, 2022 — Deloitte has expanded its digital service delivery platform with an array of cutting-edge, human-centered solutions that are helping public sector agencies enhance the delivery of services and more efficiently provide critical resources to individuals and families in need.

Deloitte’s digital service delivery platform includes a collection of pre-packaged technology solutions, templates and services designed to modernize aging systems and improve citizens’ experience with government programs. This state-of-the-art and customizable suite of tools can aid federal, state and local agencies in the timely and secure delivery of important resources — like child care, housing and utility assistance, nutrition benefits, cash assistance, employment and training programs, Medicaid, long-term care and refugee assistance.
