Leaders are classified as organizations that widely view gaining positive outcomes from cloud as strategically important and have also achieved high levels of innovation in their top-priority areas. About the survey

To help understand how cloud investments relate to strategic enterprise outcomes and innovation goals, Deloitte surveyed 500 senior cloud decision-makers in the United States across a wide range of industries—asking detailed questions about their companies’ current cloud maturity, and how they view the future of cloud. We also conducted in-depth discussions with some executive-level cloud decision-makers. Our goal was to understand the extent to which cloud maturity is an indicator of business performance and innovation, and how organizations can best use cloud investments as a "force multiplier" for their digital strategies and overall business performance.
