Deloitte’s 2024 Global Workforce Management report

Benchmark your WFM systems and payroll strategies

Wondering how your WFM systems and payroll strategies compare to your peers? Deloitte's inaugural Global Workforce Management (WFM) survey provides a valuable frame of reference for benchmarking and enhancing your organization’s WFM processes and technology.

A snapshot of the Workforce Management survey

Deloitte's Global Workforce Management survey, distributed in collaboration with PayrollOrg, sought to gather comprehensive insights across four key categories: demographics, governance, analytics, and technology.

This first-of-its-kind survey captured more than 500 responses across all major business regions and spanned six industries: Energy, Resources & Industrials; Life Sciences & Health Care; Technology, Media & Telecom; Government & Public Services; Financial Services; and Consumer. Employee headcounts ranged from a few hundred to several hundred thousand.
