Deloitte's Global Workforce Management survey, distributed in collaboration with PayrollOrg, sought to gather comprehensive insights across four key categories: demographics, governance, analytics, and technology.
This first-of-its-kind survey captured more than 500 responses across all major business regions and spanned six industries: Energy, Resources & Industrials; Life Sciences & Health Care; Technology, Media & Telecom; Government & Public Services; Financial Services; and Consumer. Employee headcounts ranged from a few hundred to several hundred thousand.
