Our SRE services are implemented through a five-stage framework that guides you in your implementation of SRE capabilities from initial discovery of SRE needs to creating optimized SRE capabilities for your organization. And our SRE services don’t simply manage to a number or a percentage. Instead, we work with you to define “reliability” in terms of customer satisfaction and build capabilities where decisions are driven by hard data.
Our Observability strategy uses metrics, logs, and traces to monitor and make system performance more visible. Applied machine learning helps correlate events and automate problem detection to find answers in system data more quickly. Observability also leverages AI-infused analytics to provide the ability for operations to find problems as systems operate, to debug in real time, and to gain meaningful insights into performance.
