Adrienne is a principal in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice. She serves as the National Consumer Industry Leader and Retail and Consumer Products Sector Leader for Human Capital.

Adrienne has more than 20 years of experience leading organizational strategy programs for large scale transformations. Her specific experience includes operating model and organization design, strategic change management, talent strategies, organizational readiness, communications, workforce transition, and next generation people strategy.
