Alexandra Warren

Alex is a partner in the Business Tax practice of Deloitte LLP in the UK*. She joined Deloitte over 20 years ago, and during this time she has been involved in advising clients in a wide range of sectors in corporate tax matters. 

She specialises in tax audit and accounting, and is a lead member of the UK firm’s tax accounting competency group, addressing complex technical issues in this area.  She also leads Deloitte UK’s national approach to the Audit of Tax, ensuring tax specialists and auditors work together in a manner that is joined-up and adds value to clients.

Alex works with clients in a variety of ways, including managing IFRS, US GAAP and UK GAAP tax audit work for large and complex groups.  For non-audit clients she provides recurring assistance with reporting processes, leads wider tax compliance and reporting outsource engagements and working on ad-hoc tax reporting advisory projects.

She is a chartered accountant and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
