Amy Holcomb

Amy has more than 19 years of public accounting and advisory experience with Deloitte & Touche. She has served SEC registrants and non-public companies in the technology, media and telecommunications (TMT) industry. Her experience includes emerging growth clients and extends to entities with a large contingent of overseas operations.

Amy has significant experience working with SEC clients and has led services related to merger and acquisition activities, due diligence procedures, initial public offerings, secondary offerings, and other SEC reporting matters. She advises clients on various complex technical and operational accounting issues including the adoption and implementation of new accounting standards.

As the Greater Washington Leader for the TMT Industry Practice, Amy is responsible for building and managing the Deloitte brand in the Greater Washington DC marketplace around the technology, media and telecommunications industry.
