Angela Gray

Dr. Angela Gray is a Senior Manager in Deloitte's Government and Public Services practice, where she leds the mental health business portfolio. Our mental health capabilities include mental health research, disseimination and implementation of evidence-based practies, training and technical assistance, and program design and evaluation. Dr. Gray has over 20 years of experience in mental health and has worked with agencies across the federal health sector on inititaives related to increased need for prevention, early intervention, and analyses to address growing mental health concerns in the US. She has a Ph.D. in clinical psychology from American University and is a licensed psychologist in the state of Virginia.
