Angel Quinones

Quinones is a Deloitte Consulting LLP principal with more than 20 years of consulting experience serving state and local governments. He has led large-scale engagements for the entire system development life cycle, quality assurance engagements, strategic information systems planning engagements, and operations assessment engagements. His industry experience includes the delivery of projects for human services, homeland security and emergency preparedness, justice and public safety, finance and administration, transportation, labor and human resources, and education clients. Quinones is currently the lead consulting partner for the state of New York.
