Ara Anoshiravani
Education and Workforce Development Leader | Purpose and DEI Office
Ara leads the Education and Workforce Development pillar in Deloitte’s Purpose and DEI Office and also serves as the organizations West Tax US-India leader. Throughout her 20 years with Deloitte, Ara has held multiple roles, including regional talent leader and senior manager of Strategic Operations in Learning and Development. She's passionate about equitable workforce opportunities and speaks publicly on learning and development, leadership and talent development, and workforce development initiatives.
Ara holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of San Diego and is actively involved in her community, serving on the Orange County Girl Scouts board, as well as with other organizations.
