Amy is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP where she leads the US Oil, Gas & Chemicals Consulting practice. With more than 30 years of experience, she has led finance transformation engagements for some of the largest companies in the US. Most recently, she served as the CTO for Strategy & Operations where she led the talent operating model for the full life cycle—recruiting, development, performance management, and retention.
Amy enjoys helping clients step back and gain a solid understanding of the problem at hand, then brainstorming creative ways to solve it while considering how others may have tackled similar problems. She believes that consulting skills are in her DNA because wherever she goes, she mentally restructures the systems in place for increased efficiency.
Amy was selected as one of the top women in energy by the Denver Business Journal in 2017. She holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Denver and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and The California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CSCPA). In her free time, Amy enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, and watching movies with her family.
