Brian is an accounting and deal management partner in Deloitte Risk & Financial Advisory’s Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures practice with 25 years of experience at Deloitte & Touche LLP. Brian leads Deloitte’s Energy, Resources, and Industrials M&A practice.
Brian focuses his efforts primarily in the energy resources and industrial products industries, serving financial and large strategic buyer clients. He has deep energy experience, including utilities, power, clean tech, pipeline and transmission assets, refineries, power plants, energy trading and marketing, oil and gas exploration, and oilfield services. Brian has broad experience with industrial companies, from manufacturing, waste management, chemicals, machinery/equipment, shipping, engineering and construction, and service companies. His experience includes more than 10 years of attest services, including Fortune 500 companies.
A licensed CPA in New York and New Jersey, Brian is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. He graduated from Rider University and earned his MBA from Columbia University.
