An entrepreneur at heart, Ben has spent most of his career driving radical growth in traditional industries through digital. He is a proud generalist, with experience and interests that position him at the meeting point between traditional corporate strategy, technology, data and innovation. Ben is currently a principal in Monitor Deloitte’s US Strategy practice, where he focuses on helping organizations transform and capture value from digital technology. Previous to his current role, Ben was the Head of Syngenta Digital, where he lead a team of people re-inventing how to feed the world using digital technology. Within Ben’s direct remit were the teams responsible for digital product development, data infrastructure, advanced data and analytics, digital marketing and the broader digital transformation. Previous to his role at Syngenta, Ben was a Director in Deloitte’s Digital Strategy practice in the UK where he was helping executives in a range of industries position their organizations to win in the digital landscape. Ben has also been a successful entrepreneur, building two ventures that were acquired by NASDAQ listed companies.
