Bharat is the Health Insurance Exchange (HIX) leader for Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Government & Public Services (GPS) Industry. He works with technology companies and other strategic partners to develop solutions for State Based Marketplaces (SBM) and Medicaid clients. In his 20+ years of experience in consulting, commercial & public sector healthcare, and Health IT, Bharat has served diverse clients such as States of Maine, Rhode Island, Maryland, and Commonwealths of Pennsylvania and Virginia helping them transform their organizations to better execute missions, utilizing new and innovative technologies. His work includes the development of enterprise modernization roadmaps, and implementation of large and complex business and system transformation initiatives for State health agencies and commercial health organizations.
