Brian Lightle

Brian is an advisory Mergers & Acquisitions partner with more than 25 years of professional experience with Deloitte (over 20 years dedicated to M&A Transaction Services). 

Brian leads M&A transactions with leading global private equity firms and large multi-national corporations primarily focusing on the technology industry, including software development and deployment, mobile applications, semi-conductor design, fabrication, assembly and testing, SaaS, B2B commerce, hardware and networking.

Brian has an undergraduate degree from Kansas State University and masters degree from the Graduate School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Brian is also a U.S. Certified Public Accountant in Texas and California.
