Brent Nickerson

Brent is a partner in Deloitte’s Extended Enterprise Risk Management practice. He has more than 15 years of experience, including overseeing and executing end-customer software compliance reviews, software asset management assessments, and outsourcer software compliance reviews. He has assisted high technology companies with the development of world-wide channel partner compliance programs. In addition, Brent has managed the global compliance program over third-party extended enterprises authorized to replicate and distribute intellectual property to end customers. He has also performed and managed multiple global royalty inspections of OEMs and channel distributors, as well as performed control risk assessments for replicators, manufacturers, and distributors.
