Bob is the Global and US national service line leader for our M&A Transaction & Integration Services practice.

He leads complex planning and global integration and divestiture transactions, transformation solutions, and legal-entity rationalization services. Bob’s experience includes significant work in Merger & Acquisition strategy, due diligence, Day 1 planning and legal entity readiness, integration and separation blueprinting, and work plan development and execution. Bob’s background in tax makes him uniquely qualified to advise on multifunctional integration, divestiture, and restructuring projects.
