Brian Augustian

Brian is a principal in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Compensation Strategies Practice and a fellow to the Society of Actuaries who brings his training in analytics to help solve a wide variety of business issues for his clients in the health care industry. By applying data-driven analysis and a deep knowledge of the health care industry and employee reward programs, he is able to help clients appropriately plan for current and future workforce needs. His engagements have included workforce analytics to establish a data-driven basis for the reasons behind employee turnover in order to better determine opportunities to impact turnover patterns and also predict future workforce needs, multi-year workforce planning, establishing new job architecture principals which allowed healthcare provider clients to reduce their job titles, and reviewing compensation and benefit programs to improve employee value from the complete rewards spend.
