Brian Douce

Brian is an Audit & Assurance Partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP, based in the Chicago office, leading growth in the Energy Resources and Industrials industry. He has 20 years of experience providing audit and accounting services to public and private clients. Brian focuses on both renewable energy and regulated utility clients and performing audits and attestation services, as well as complex accounting and control related matters.

He has extensive experience with public filings with the SEC and with initial public offerings. He is a CPA and a member of the AICPA. He holds a BSBA in Accounting from Xavier University.
