Brian is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP and leads Deloitte Digital’s US Customer Operations practice. He helps companies build and modernize their commercial operations by helping shape the strategy and execution of business-critical middle office capabilities. Brian’s teams envision, design, deliver, and run next generation sales operations, quote-to-cash, and revenue operations solutions focused on driving new business model enablement, revenue growth, improved commercial effectiveness, and drastically simplified selling and service experiences. Brian works closely with alliances including Salesforce, Oracle CX, ServiceNow CSM, Netsuite, SAP, Conga, Anaplan, Zuora, and others.
