Carla Andrews

Carla Andrews is a leader in the US Strategy practice, Monitor Deloitte. She draws on over 15 years of experience leading work in the US and internationally to address issues such as growth strategy, consumer engagement, organization strategy and transformation, and leadership development across federal agencies, non-profits, and commercial organizations. With an emphasis on health and equity, Carla supports clients in developing innovative solutions to persistent challenges around health disparities to improve healthcare experiences and outcomes. She is passionate about helping organizations design effective community engagement approaches and using predictive analytics and technology to gain insight and scale change.  She earned her undergraduate degree from Stanford University and her MBA from the University of Virginia and is an active volunteer with several non-profits supporting cancer patients and caretakers.
