Cengiz is an Audit & Assurance partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP. Based in New York, he leads the Accounting & Reporting Advisory services business across the Tri-State financial services industry. He has more than 20 years of experience within the banking and capital markets industry, with a focus on providing external audit and accounting advisory services to securities, banking, asset management, and specialty finance public and private companies.
Cengiz advises clients on financial reporting and regulatory requirements in connection with IPOs, complex accounting transactions, secondary offerings and debt issuances. He works with the robotics and intelligent automation group to identify and implement robotic process automation (RPA) and advanced analytics.
Cengiz holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Bilkent University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New York, New Hampshire and Turkey.
