Charles Neal

Charles is a managing director in Deloitte Consulting LLP’s Government & Public Services practice. He has more than 25 years of experience helping executives effect customer-centric transformation to modernize, accelerate, and digitize their enterprise and build organizational capabilities to achieve their mission outcomes. In his professional services career, Neal has successfully led financial management transformation, cybersecurity governance, strategic planning, and implementation to reduce costs, expand revenue, and enhance operational efficiencies for a variety of federal agencies. He is currently leading the implementation of Deloitte’s Smart Rural Communities initiative. Neal is based in Washington, DC.
