Carrie Chen

Carrie, a corporate finance advisory partner at Deloitte China, focuses on corporate finance and merger and acquisitions (M&A) within the alternative energy, equipment, and health care industries. Before joining Deloitte, Carrie served as senior vice president at CITIC Securities Investment Banking Committee where she initiated and led a number of cross-border M&A and major domestic capital restructuring projects. Carrie started her professional career as an assistant manager at Deloitte Taipei audit department. She later served as a manager at Deloitte's M&A group in New York in 2008. Carrie has a US CFA charter and is a member of US CPA, China CPA, and Taiwan CPA, respectively. She holds a bachelor degree in business administration, a major in accounting from National Cheng-Chi University, and an MBA degree from Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, with a dual concentration in leverage buyout and business strategy.
